Saf-D-Grid DC-DC Server Connectors

Developed for 40 – 400 volts DC applications.
Designed for low voltage applications where personal safety is critical, safe-D-Grid is a hot plug rated connector that minimises the risk of personal contact with a hazardous voltage.
This connector system is ideal for use in DC servers or any device connecting directly to renewable sources such as Solar power or Wind power.
Meets UL and IEC 60950.
Touch safe – passes UL and IEC finger probe and 3mm test.
8mm creep and clearance per UL and IEC 60950.
They are hot plug rated to 700 amps in rush current at 400 volts and shield the user from arc flash during un-mating.
Arc protection – housings contain arc while mating or un-mating under load.
First-mate / last-break ground contact.
Integral latch. Connectors cannot be accidentally unmated, preventing unwanted power loss to critical equipment.
UL94 V-0 flammability rating.
